Sadly, due to no fault of it's own, jQuery is well on its way to the dustbin of history. Today, I removed it for the first time in a project.

jQuery was basically one of the reasons I started into web development and I think it is the reason why we're able to have dynamic, interactive web applications today.

The youths of today won't remember a day when you couldn't have even dreamed of building the most basic of interactive pages without jQuery.

You are gone, but not forgotten.
